Aïshti
Roland Soueid began their work experience in 2002 as a Site Engineer at Automation & Controls sarl, where they designed and developed plans for Building Management Systems (BMS) for various projects. Roland also designed and established an Intrusion and Fire Detection System for a residential building and worked on programming the BMS for a private museum. In 2003, they joined Aïshti as an Information Technology Manager and later became the Chief Information Officer. In this role, they oversaw the design and deployment of corporate information systems and managed a technology budget exceeding $1.5 million.
Roland Soueid completed their education at École supérieure d'ingénieurs de Beyrouth, Université Saint-Joseph from 1997 to 2002, where they obtained a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Telecommunications and Network Engineering. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including "Finance for Non-Finance Professionals" from Rice University - Susanne M. Glasscock School of Continuing Studies, "Machine Learning Foundations: A Case Study Approach" from the University of Washington, "Enterprise Architecture" from Peter the Great St.Petersburg Polytechnic University, and "Project Management Principles and Practices" from the University of California, Irvine Division of Continuing Education. Roland also holds the certification of "Oracle Database 10g Administrator Certified Professional - Version Retired" from Oracle and "Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA)" from Cisco. However, there is no information available on whether they obtained the certifications of "Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)," "EC-Council’s Certified Chief Information Security Officer," "Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE)," and "Oracle Database 11g Administrator Certified Professional (upgrade)."
