Carrie Thomas is an Account Director at Aite-Novarica Group, where she partners with the firm’s insurance members. She has over 17 years of account management experience supporting executives and their teams in procurement, finance, shared services, and IT.
Most recently, Carrie spent 10 years at The Hackett Group as a Senior Account Manager in the Finance and GBS practice before moving into an Operations Manager role for the Advisory business focused on account management processes and reporting. Prior to that Carrie held account management roles at Steritech and at Corporate Executive Board.
Carrie holds a bachelor’s degree in American History from the University of Kent at Canterbury.
