Susan Miller is an Editor on the Aite-Novarica editorial team. She’s a stickler for accuracy, conciseness, and consistency.
Susan brings over 30 years of documentation experience in various roles. Prior to joining Aite-Novarica, she was a Senior Editor at John Wiley & Sons, a legal book publisher; an Editing Manager at Hyperion Solutions, a performance management software company (bought out by Oracle); and eons ago, a Senior Editor at Digital Equipment Corporation in the documentation group. In her most recent position, Susan was a Technical Writer and Editor in the Bose Corporation Design Center. She created the industrial design specifications and visual quality reports for all of the new products.
When she isn’t editing, Susan is usually playing with fabric. Her other passion is quilting—her creative and expressive outlet.
