Redda Ben Geloune serves as the CEO of AITEK since April 2004 and has held various academic and leadership roles, including Directeur du programme MBA Entrepreneuriat & Innovation at IFG Executive Education since June 2023. Board Member at Green-Pay since October 2022 and Research Fellow at Fowler Center for Business as an Agent of World Benefit since March 2022, Redda's research focuses on the predictive capabilities of Artificial Intelligence on individual and team performance, informing management practices related to talent assessment and strategic decision-making. Additionally, Redda is a Lifetime Member of Beta Gamma Sigma and has previously held the position of Co-directeur académique du programme Challenge + Afrique at HEC Paris from April 2021 to May 2023. Educational qualifications include an OPM from Harvard Business School, a Ph.D. from Case Western Reserve University, an eMBA from HEC Paris, an Engineer's degree from ENSICAEN, and various executive certifications.
