Géraldine Mercier has over 25 years of work experience in data management. Géraldine is currently the Global Head of Data Management FS at AIXIAL GROUP since September 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Global Head of Data Management (FS & FSP) at Excelya from July 2021 to July 2023. Géraldine also worked at Syneos Health (previously INC Research/inVentiv Health) as a Senior Director of Data Management from January 2018 to June 2021. Before that, they held various senior roles at INC Research, including Senior Director, Director, Associate Director, and Senior Project Manager in Data Management. Géraldine started their career at MDS Pharma Services as a Senior Project Leader Data Management - DM Account Manager from September 1998 to June 2009. Géraldine began their professional journey at LEDEP as a Biochemist in the Molecular Biology Department from January 1996 to June 1998.
Géraldine Mercier holds a Master's degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Paris VI - Pierre et Marie Curie. Géraldine also completed a course in CESAM (Statistics applied to medical research) at the University Hospital of Pitié Salpêtrière.
