Holger Friederichs has a diverse work experience in various financial and treasury roles. Holger began their career in 1997 as a Treasury Controller at Rolls-Royce Deutschland Ltd & Co. KG Aero Engines, where they worked until 2000. Following this, they joined Fairchild Dornier GmbH as a Spezialist Sales Financing. In 2001, they returned to Rolls-Royce Deutschland Ltd & Co. KG Aero Engines, where they held different financial controller positions and served as a Financial Planning Manager. In 2007, they moved to Tower Automotive Holding GmbH as Treasurer Europe. Holger then joined AIXTRON SE in 2015 as a Senior Director Treasury, a role they currently hold.

Holger Friederichs earned a Diplom-Volkswirt degree from Kiel University, attending from 1990 to 1996. Later, they pursued further education at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, where they obtained a Certified Professional for Renewable Energy Finance (CPREF) certification from 2012 to 2014.
