NianJheng Wu, Ph.D. has extensive work experience in various engineering and research roles. NianJheng is currently employed as a GaN Process Engineer at AIXTRON SE since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a PhD candidate at LPS, Université Paris Sud and Institut des Sciences Moléculaires d'Orsay from February 2019 to December 2022. NianJheng also has experience as an engineer at SUN-JET Technology & consulting Co.,LTD. from September 2014 to August 2015. NianJheng Wu, Ph.D. has an extensive education history. They obtained their Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in nanophysics from Université Paris-Saclay in the years 2019 to 2022. Prior to that, they pursued a Master's degree in Functional and advanced materials science at Grenoble INP - Phelma between 2015 and 2018.

Moving further back, NianJheng Wu completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics, Chemical and Material Engineering at Tamkang University from 2009 to 2012. Lastly, in the years 2004 to 2009, they earned an Associate's degree in the Department Of Information Management from National Taipei University of Business.
