Sathiyanarayanan Lakshminarasimhan has a strong background in quality management and assurance. Sathiyanarayanan started their career as a Graduate Engineer Trainee Quality Assurance at Rane Group in July 2015 and later became a Senior Executive Quality Assurance from August 2016 to September 2017. In 2019, they joined e.GO Mobile AG as a Student Trainee in Quality Management and later as an Intern in the same department. In 2021, they worked as a Quality Engineer at Fujikura Technology Europe and then as a Quality Management System Coordinator at CUBONIC from June 2021 to December 2022. Currently, they work as a Project Manager Quality at AIXTRON SE starting from January 2023.

From 1997 to 2011, they attended King's Matriculation Higher Secondary School in Madipakkam, where they obtained their High School diploma.
Sathiyanarayanan then went on to attend the College of Engineering, Guindy from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering.
Subsequently, from 2017 to 2020, Sathiyanarayanan Lakshminarasimhan pursued a Master of Science degree in Management and Engineering in Production Systems at RWTH Aachen University. Sathiyanarayanan also studied at the Maastricht School of Management from 2018 to 2019 as part of the same program.
