AJA Capital has investments in the USA, India and is actively looking to diversify into Germany and Canada. We look for value add, and core RE in the center of cities which are economic centers with confirmed growth trends. We are also actively investing in REITs, infrastructural REITS are our favorite.

The Family Office also produces and invests in Films that have a social benefit theme. 
We are actively seeking deals in the Prop-Tech Space.
