Product is the current Director of Product at Ajar. Prior to this, they were a Deployment Advisory Services Engineer with CSS Corp from August 2017 to July 2019. They also worked as a Sr. DevOps Engineer (Networking) with Netsmartz from July 2016 to August 2017 and as a Sr. Network Engineer with NVISH Solutions from October 2015 to June 2016. Additionally, they were a System Engineer with EVRY India from January 2014 to October 2015 and a Network Engineer with Orange Business Services from November 2012 to January 2014. They began their career as a Service Assurance Engineer with Tulip Telecom from October 2011 to November 2012.

Product has a B-TECH in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Rayat & Bahra Institute of Engg. & Biotechnology. Product also has certification from Cisco in Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA Routing and Switching) and Cisco Certified Network Professional Routing and Switching (CCNP Routing and Switching).

They work with Legal - General Counsel, Alix Axel - Head of Technology, and Anisha Abraham - HR. Product reports to Mohammad Almunaikh, CEO.
