Steven joined Ajax Turner in 2021 as the company’s chief financial officer after a decade long career with Carr, Riggs and Ingram, LLC, a top 20 certified public accounting firm. Steven rose through the ranks at Carr, Riggs and Ingram, LLC starting as an intern in 2010 and making partner in the firm in 2019 where he was responsible for maintaining client relationships, engagement, execution, management, and business development efforts. Steven is a licensed CPA and holds a Master of Accountancy and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Middle Tennessee State University. Steven’s public accounting background primarily consists of providing assurance services, business valuation services, CFO and controllership outsourcing services, and consulting services for family held and private equity backed middle market companies.
