Stefan Simik is currently working as a Data Science Consultant at 365.bank, focusing on client segmentation, transaction categorization, smart recommendations, and analytical datasets. Stefan has also worked as a Lead Instructor for Data Analytics at AjTyvIT, where Stefan prepared women for positions as Data Analysts. Prior to this, Stefan was an AlgoTrader & Data Scientist at ALGORITMIX, focusing on algorithmic trading strategies. Stefan has a background in Algorithmic Trading and Java development, with experience in automated trading strategies and full stack Java development for loans processing.

AJ Ty v IT supports girls in choosing careers in informatics and technology. Girls and women are underrepresented in science and technology, worldwide and in Slovakia either. Efforts to generate interest amongst girls needs to start at an early stage. Aj Ty v IT works with high-school girls and through workshops, discussions and meetings motivate them for choosing career in IT sector. New workshops are prepared for "older" women with main aim to provide them knowledge in IT which can help them find a new job. Faculty of informatics and Information Technology Slovak Technical University in Bratislava, who initiated this project, had 3% of girls students in 2012. In these days, there are 10 % of girls students. AJ Ty v IT works in whole Slovakia and supports all IT faculties of Slovak universities.
