Hande Nur İsak

Hande Nur İSAK is a Marketing Project Specialist at Ak Gıda since November 2020, focusing on increasing sales through an expanded customer product portfolio and the development of innovative projects. Previously, as a Production Engineer, responsibilities included managing labor needs for producing yogurt, UHT milk, and ayran, ensuring efficient production aligned with quality and safety standards, as well as overseeing the installation and validation of new equipment. Hande Nur İSAK has gained process engineering experience through internships at Lactalis Nestlé Ultra-Frais France and Lactalis Group. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering from Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi and a Master's degree in Food Engineering from École Supérieure d’Agricultures d’Angers.
