David Neshat

David Neshat serves as Vice President of Global Expansion, Chief Procurement Officer, and Treasurer at Akamai Technologies since October 2010, with responsibilities encompassing treasury operations, capital market activities, corporate insurance programs, global expansion, procurement, and accounts payable management. Neshat chairs the Investment Committee for The Akamai Foundation and has held board roles at OpenEye Scientific Software, Inc., MIT Enterprise Forum Cambridge, and served on the Finance Committee for the Town of Reading, MA. Previous positions include Vice Chairman and Senior Manager of Global Treasury at Cabot Credit Union Boston, Assistant Treasurer at RSA, and Cash Comptroller at Brown Brothers Harriman.
