Edward Novak

Edward Novak has extensive experience in network infrastructure and strategic planning, currently serving as Senior Director of Network Infrastructure at Akamai Technologies since November 2014. Previously held positions include Director of Operations for Network Infrastructure in the Americas and various leadership roles at segTEL and FiberTower, where responsibilities encompassed carrier relations, wholesale service delivery, offer management, corporate finance, and business operations. At FiberTower, Edward implemented financial modeling to improve profitability and managed customer data integration for a proprietary cell tower database. Early career experience includes project management at NEON Communications and team leadership at Communications Test Design Inc. Edward holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Boston University.
