Ramanath Iyer

Ramanath Iyer is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in strategic leadership and product management within the cloud computing and cybersecurity sectors. Currently serving as Chief Strategist at Akamai Technologies since March 2006, Ramanath drives the company's AI vision and strategic venture initiatives, fostering external innovation through funding and partnerships. Previous roles include Product Line Director, where Ramanath led the development of a hyper-distributed cloud platform, and Sr. Product Manager, successfully growing the Dynamic Site Accelerator product line to over $400M. Ramanath has also contributed to several board positions across various tech companies and began their career at Oracle and Novell, focusing on networking and security solutions.
