Manish Awasthy has a diverse work experience in procurement and management roles. Manish is currently the Head of Procurement at Akasa Air since February 2023. Prior to that, they worked as an Executive Director at Jadooz Media Solution Private Limited since January 2021. From October 2019 to March 2020, they served as the Head of Procurement and Admin at Flybig. Manish also held the position of Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Nellore International Airport from July 2018 to March 2019. Before that, they served as the Chief Executive Officer at TURBO JET ENGINES (HYD) PRIVATE LIMITED from April 2016 to June 2018. Manish Awasthy has also worked at Spicejet Limited as AVP Procurement from July 2007 to February 2016, at Timex Watches Limited as Sr. Manager Purchase from November 2004 to July 2007, and at Renfro India Pvt Ltd as Manager Materials from November 2002 to November 2004.
Manish Awasthy completed their B.E. degree in Industrial Engineering from RKN Engineering Collage between 1990 and 1994. Manish then went on to complete a PGDBM degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from IMT Ghaziabad between 1996 and 1999.
