Michael Swanson has extensive experience in human resources and economic development, currently serving as HR Manager at AKD since March 2019, after progressing through roles as Recruitment Manager and Recruitment Coordinator at the same company. Prior to this, Michael worked at COLAC OTWAY SHIRE from August 2009 to March 2019, holding various positions including Economic Development & Tourism Coordinator, Business Improvement Coordinator, and Business Development Officer.
