Todd Minga

Todd Minga serves as the Vice President of Clinical Development and Medical Affairs at Akebia Therapeutics, a role undertaken since October 2023. Prior to this position, Todd held the title of Senior Medical Director at Maze Therapeutics from June 2022 to October 2023 and occupied various roles at Akebia Therapeutics between May 2021 and May 2022, including Senior Medical Director and Medical Director of Clinical Research. Additionally, Todd was Medical Director of Nephrology at IQVIA from March 2019 to April 2021 and served as Medical Director of DaVita Kidney Care from January 2005 to November 2019. With a foundation as a Nephrologist at Nephrology Associates, PA from June 2003 to November 2019, Todd has also contributed as a member of the Board of Trustees at Bay Medical Sacred Heart and held leadership roles including President of Nephrology Associates Research Center and Chief of Staff at Bay Medical Center. Todd's educational background includes a Doctor of Medicine from Eastern Virginia Medical School and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Virginia Commonwealth University.
