Hallvard Sjøbakken

Hallvard Sjøbakken has extensive experience in various roles within the field of People & Organization. Hallvard began their career at GE Oil & Gas in 2011 as an HR intern. In 2012, they worked as a researcher/headhunter at Fabi before joining Aker Solutions the same year. At Aker Solutions, they held multiple positions, including HR/resource coordinator, recruiter/senior recruiter, HR senior advisor, and HR business partner. Hallvard later progressed to become a senior specialist in organizational development and then a vice president in the People & Organization department. In their role as a vice president, they led global teams and was involved in major company-wide reorganizations and mergers. Hallvard Sjøbakken has proven skills in leadership, project management, organizational design, and strategic HR.

Hallvard Sjøbakken completed their Master of Science in Leadership and Organizational Psychology at BI Norwegian Business School from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Culture and Social Science, with a focus on Pedagogy, from the University of Oslo from 2007 to 2010. In 2009, they attended the University of California, Berkeley for a short period, studying Sociology. Hallvard completed their high school education at Hamar Katedralskole from 2003 to 2006. Hallvard Sjøbakken also holds a certification in NEO PI-R, but the institution and dates of qualification are not provided.
