Martin F. Devor

Martin F. Devor has a diverse work experience in the energy industry. Martin F. started their career in 2009 as a Consultant HR at Statoil, where they later transitioned to roles such as Consultant People & Leadership Development and Head of People and Organisation in various projects. Martin F. joined Equinor in 2018 as the Vice President of People and Leadership, and later assumed the role of Business Developer for Offshore Wind Projects. Currently, they are working at Aker Solutions as the Senior Vice President of HR and will soon become the VP of Diversity and Inclusion.

Martin F. Devor has a Master of Science degree in Organisational & Social Psychology from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), which they obtained from 2008 to 2009. Prior to that, they attended Kristiania University College from 2005 to 2008, where they completed a Kaospilot and Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Management, Innovation, and Business Development. In 2004 to 2005, they studied Marketing & Communication at BI Norwegian Business School. Additionally, they hold certifications in 16PF from Assessio, Hogan assessment from Hogan Assessment Systems, and OPQ32 from SHL.
