Tina Ladd is a seasoned professional in real estate development, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of Real Estate Development at Aker Companies since August 2022. Previously, Tina held the role of Senior Project Manager for New York Development at Related Companies, contributing to The District Detroit, a mixed-use urban-scale project, from November 2017 to August 2022. Additional experience includes positions as Project Architect at Morris Adjmi Architects and Design Architect at KPF, where Tina worked from 2010 to 2017. Tina holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Architecture from Cornell University.
