Lisa Flake

Lisa Flake, MAHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Akers Packaging Service Group, a position held since April 2023, where responsibilities include building and leading the HR function to align people strategy with business goals. With a strong background in human resources, Lisa previously held various leadership positions at Crescent from December 2016 to April 2023, including Director of People and People Group General Manager, where duties encompassed strategic alignment of people initiatives and benefit design. Prior experience includes HR roles at Quantum Metals, Logic Stream, LLC, Pastry Diva, ASHRAE, BT Office Products, and InfoPlex Corporation, complemented by a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management and a BBA in Operations Management from the University of Cincinnati.
