Skilled in the strategic expansion of profitable enterprises, Bill has spearheaded numerous operational growth strategies that resulted in consistent and significant year-over-year performance. Drawing from his more than 30 years of experience providing services to federal, state, local, and commercial clients, Bill has led Akima through more than a decade of historic growth.
