April Kim

April Kim is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in renewable energy transactions. Currently serving as a Partner at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP since September 2024, April previously held the position of Shareholder at Greenberg Traurig, LLP from November 2019 to September 2024. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP (October 2014 - November 2019) and as a Foreign Attorney at Barun Law LLC, where the focus was on cross-border transactions in the oil and gas sector (January 2012 - January 2014). April began a legal career as a Corporate Associate in January 2011 following the completion of a Juris Doctor degree from Fordham University School of Law (2011) and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Cornell University (2007).
