Thibaut Gaspaillard

Thibaut Gaspaillard has extensive experience in operational management and support within the technology sector. Currently serving as Operation Manager at Akio since July 2010, Thibaut oversees the Support, Deployment, and Hosting teams, focusing on project management, technical proposal reviews, and team transformation using agile methodologies. Prior to this role, Thibaut held the position of Support Manager at Akio, where responsibilities included designing performance monitoring indicators and implementing support delivery procedures.
