Amy Burke

Amy Burke is a seasoned professional in the field of clinical operations, currently serving as Sr. Manager of Clinical Operations at Akouos since January 2022. Prior to this role, Amy held various positions including Sr. Manager, Clinical Operations and Clinical Trial Manager at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals from November 2014 to September 2021, as well as a stint as an Independent Contractor at Synageva BioPharma Corp. in early 2013. Amy began a significant tenure at Genzyme, spanning from August 2000 to October 2010, where roles included Associate Director of Clinical Research and Clinical Research Manager. Earlier career experience includes work as a Clinical Monitor at Summit Technology/Alcon Laboratories. Academically, Amy earned a Master's of Public Health from Boston University School of Public Health and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of New Hampshire.
