Kumar Ganapathy is the Co-Founder and CEO of Akridata. Kumar has also served as the Seed Investor and Deepvision at Enterprise Labs, and as the VP of Products and Strategy at HGST, a Western Digital company. Prior to that, they were the founder and CTO of VxTel, which was acquired by Intel for $550M. Kumar is also a Principal Engineer at Intel.

Kumar Ganapathy has a Ph.D. in ECE from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, an MS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and a B.Tech. in EP from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
