Manju Shetija

Manju Shetija is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in payroll compliance and tax advisory services. Currently serving as Senior Director of Global Payroll Compliance at Akrivia HCM since February 2024, Manju oversees compliance across more than 60 countries and manages a diverse global team. Prior to this role, Manju held the position of Director of Payroll Bureau at Ramco Systems from December 2018 to January 2024, focusing on compliance maintenance and regulation analysis in collaboration with leading consultants and local partners. Manju's earlier career includes a managerial role at PwC, where responsibilities encompassed expat and impatriate taxation compliance, as well as independent tax litigation for high net worth individuals. Manju's foundational experience includes audit roles at Lovelock & Lewes Audit and Lodha & Co. Manju is a qualified Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a B.Com (Hons.) degree from Delhi University.
