Our team specialises in Party Wall matters, Right to Light assessments, and Daylight, Sunlight & Overshadowing validation for local authorities. We act for both Building Owners and Adjoining Owners and frequently serve as the Agreed Surveyor between both parties, ensuring a fair and efficient process. 
	
With a strong industry presence, the Akt. team members are proud to be part of both The Pyramus and Thisbe Society (which promotes excellence in party wall matters) and the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors. We collaborate closely with architects, developers, and property managers, integrating neighbourly matters seamlessly into the creative process rather than treating them as obstacles.
