Mark Coyle

Mark Coyle, PhD, currently serves as Vice President of Product at Aktana, following the acquisition of Tact.ai's GenAI-enhanced Field Engagement technology. Coyle is also an advisor at TruHu, providing expertise in product, UX, security, performance, and scalability. Previously, Coyle held significant roles at Tact.ai as Vice President of Products and Platform Product Management, and served as Chief Product Officer/Chief Technical Officer at ThinkHR, where leadership encompassed technology, engineering, product management, and DevOps in creating compliance-based HR products. Additional experience includes consulting for early-stage startups at Tagatoo, and holding leadership positions at Oracle, Appirio, and Siebel Systems, with a strong focus on engineering, product management, and SaaS operations. Coyle's academic background includes a PhD in Computer Science and an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, along with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Cognitive Psychology from the University of Minnesota.
