Jiacheng Xu

Jiacheng Xu is a highly experienced software engineer specializing in backend and infrastructure development. Currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer and Team Lead at Akuity since July 2022, Jiacheng contributes to the Akuity Platform and the Argo Workflows open source project. Prior experience includes roles at SmartNews, where significant cost reductions in monitoring infrastructure were achieved, and at Kubermatic, focusing on Kubernetes controllers and application management. Jiacheng has also participated in notable open source contributions during Google Summer of Code for both TensorFlow I/O and CoreDNS. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Computational Science and Engineering from EPFL and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Nanjing University.
