Tobias R. Bjerknes

Tobias R. Bjerknes is a Senior Marine Engineer at AKVA group ASA since April 2022, with prior experience as a Teknisk inspektør at DNV GL from November 2015 to April 2022 and Noomas Sertifisering AS from September 2014 to November 2015. Previously, Tobias worked as a Marine/Structural Engineer at Aibel from August 2013 to June 2014, focusing on analysis, strength assessment, lifting, and design of steel structures, as well as project execution and customer follow-up. Tobias began a career in the R&D department at Framo Engineering AS during a summer position in 2012. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) and external education at Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
