Patrick Bourguignon joined the Executive Committee in February 2023.
Patrick has over 35 years of experience, having held several positions across different industries in sales, distribution, sales and general management. Patrick was with UNILIN, where he spent 12 years in various roles, most recently General Manager for Laminate and Accessories, before joining AkzoNobel in October 2019 as Business Unit Director for Automotive and Specialty Coatings. Patrick graduated from the Vrije Universiteit Brussel in 1987 as Commercial Engineer and completed the Blue Ocean Strategy program at INSEAD in 2007.
