Jose Kunju has extensive experience in quality control, quality assurance, health, safety, and environmental management. Currently serving as QHSE Manager at Al Babtain LeBLANC Telecommunication System Ltd. since July 2008, Jose develops human resources and strategic management policies and provides training to managerial staff. Previous roles include Quality Assurance Management and EHS supervision at CGS from June 1992 to April 2008, as well as administrative support at ITDC from April 1985 to March 1991. Jose holds a B.Com in Commerce & Accountancy and an LL.B in Law from the University of Kerala, and has completed lead auditor courses in ISO 9001 and Occupational Health and Safety from IRCA and NEBOSH, respectively.

Al Babtain LeBLANC Telecommunication Systems Limited, (ABL) is an international company which is engaged in providing turnkey solutions for telecoms, broadcast, defence, security and other integrated networks across various countries namely KSA, Bahrain, Oman, Jordan and Yemen. Al Babtain LeBLANC Telecommunication Systems Limited, (ABL) is a fully owned subsidery of Al-Babtain Power & Telecommunication Co. it was established in late 1993 as a Joint venture between Al Babtain Power & Telecommunications (ABPT) and LeBlanc International Pte Ltd (LeBLANC), to address & meet the growing Communication industry infrastructure needs. The JV effectively started functioning together in line when the first license issued to the 1st Operator in KSA. Starting with a joint office with Al-Babtain Power & Telecommunication Co in Riyadh, KSA staffed by less than 30 people, ABL has now grown into one of the largest Telecommunication solutions providers in the KSA and further expanded by establishing country specific local office in Egypt, UAE, Oman, Qatar, etc The ABL customer base covers most users of telecommunication towers, monopoles and services including GSM operators, governmental, municipal, military, oil & gas companies and various private networks in our operational countries. ABL have provided products and/or services to all parts including both on shore and off shore sites as well as other parts of the world including Kuwait, Iraq, Qatar, Oman and Yemen. ABL have been instrumental in engineering, developing and providing cutting edge product concepts including Camouflaged Tower structures, Rapid Deployment Monopoles, Rapid Deployment Camouflage Monopoles, Camouflage Light Poles, Small Cell Camouflage Poles, Flag Poles, Sharable Structures, Customer specific fencing systems, Rapid Deployment Vehicles and Mobile Rapid Deployment Vehicles for our regional markets making ABL the “Go To” company when our customers require innovative thinking and solutions.
