Mahmoud Mounib

Mahmoud Mounib, CIA, is a seasoned internal audit professional currently serving as the Director of Internal Audit at Albawani since May 2023, where responsibilities include developing and approving the Internal Audit Strategy and designing the Organizational Chart for the Internal Audit Department. With extensive experience at Orascom Construction PLC from 2008 to 2023 as a Senior Manager in Internal Audit, Mahmoud planned and executed risk-based assurance audits and conducted annual company-wide risk assessments. Prior to that, Mahmoud held various auditing roles at PepsiCo and KPMG, where skills in financial audits and analysis were honed. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Ain Shams University and certifications in Internal Auditing from the Institute of Internal Auditors. Additionally, Mahmoud is pursuing ongoing education with the Saudi Organization for Chartered and Professional Accountants and the Saudi Institute of Internal Auditors.
