Mohamed Mahfouz has extensive work experience in project management, particularly in the real estate industry. Their most recent role was as the Vice President and Head of the Projects Department at Al Hamra, starting in 2022. Prior to that, they held a similar position at DAMAC Properties from 2021 to 2022, where they were responsible for managing a portfolio of projects from planning to delivery. Mohamed also worked at Meraas as the Head of Projects from 2016 to 2021, overseeing project portfolio management. Earlier in their career, they were a Senior Projects Manager at DAMAC Properties from 2013 to 2016, managing the development and delivery of various projects. Mohamed Mahfouz began their career as a Civil Inspector at the Military Technical College Consulting Office in 2001 and had a brief period as a Trainee Engineer at Campenion Bernard SGE in 1998.

Mohamed Mahfouz began their education in 1992 at Emam Malik High School in Dubai, where they obtained their high school certificate. Mohamed then pursued higher education at Cairo University, graduating in 2000 with a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering.
