Mohit Gangaramani has extensive work experience in human resources, with their most recent role being the Head of Human Resources at Al Hamra since 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Group Head of Human Resources at AL FARAA CONSTRUCTION AND INDUSTRIAL GROUP from 2005 to 2020. In this role, they were responsible for talent acquisition and management, competency-based hiring, recruitment planning, sourcing and selection processes, and performance management. Mohit also had experience in recruiting at all levels and creating talent pools. Before that, they worked as a Recruitment Executive at Rajaweer Employment Solutions from 2001 to 2005.
Mohit Gangaramani completed their 10th grade education at Victoria High School from 1997 to 1998. Mohit then pursued a Bachelor of Commerce degree at the University of Mumbai from 2000 to 2004, specializing in the field of Commerce. In 2011, Mohit enrolled in the Alliance Manchester Business School, where they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Construction in 2012. Later, from 2015 to 2017, they pursued a Master's degree in Business/Commerce, General at Dr. C. V. Raman University in Kota Bilaspur.
In addition to their academic qualifications, Mohit Gangaramani obtained additional certifications. Mohit became a Certified Human Resource Professional from the American Certification Institute in March 2016. Moreover, they obtained the certification of a Certified Human Resource Manager from the same institution in September 2017.
