Ruba Abdelsamad is a seasoned broadcast engineering professional with extensive experience in managing broadcast operations and technical teams. Currently serving as Assistant Manager NOC-MCR and NOC Supervisor at Al Mashhad since July 2022, Ruba previously led a team of 20 engineers and 100 technicians as Broadcast Engineering Manager at Syrian TV, overseeing critical broadcast systems and equipment maintenance. With a strong foundation in network engineering acquired at HIAST Campus, roles have also included Senior Broadcast Engineer and Broadcast Engineer at various organizations, as well as freelancing in systems engineering. Ruba holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from Damascus University and has pursued further education in Telecommunications Networks at the Higher Institute for Applied Sciences and Technology.
