Jayanth Prabhu

Jayanth Prabhu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and project administration. Currently serving as a Corporate Governance Executive at Al Tasnim Enterprises LLC since October 2024, Jayanth previously held the position of Senior Officer (Projects Admin & HR) at Seeh Al Sarya Engineering LLC from March 2012 to October 2024, where responsibilities included supervising a team of 20 and ensuring the accuracy of employee files within the HRMS module. Prior to that, Jayanth worked as a Senior Associate at Xchanging from April 2008 to March 2012, leading a team in the accounts payable department. Jayanth holds an MBA in Banking & Marketing from The ICFAI University, Dehradun and a Bachelor in Business Management with a focus on Cost Accounting & Financial Management from Mangalore University.
