Sofyan Hamadouche

Sofyan Hamadouche is a seasoned professional in the beauty and luxury industries, currently serving as Head of Beauty at Al Tayer Group since September 2019, focusing on cosmetic retail and distribution in the Middle East. Prior to this role, Sofyan worked as a self-employed consultant in cosmetics and luxury from September 2018 to September 2019, and held the position of General Manager for Al-Futtaim overseeing beauty brand development across the Middle East, India, and Southeast Asia from April 2017 to September 2018. With extensive experience at Estée Lauder Companies from August 2009 to April 2017 as Brand Director for the Middle East and India, Sofyan successfully rejuvenated brand perception and developed profitable strategies for multiple luxury brands. Previous roles include Commercial Director for L'Oréal's Luxury Division in the Middle East and Regional Sales Director for Kering, managing renowned brands such as YSL and Alexander McQueen. Sofyan holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University and an additional Bachelor degree from Notre Dame des Oiseaux, Paris.
