Leah Drenning

Leah Drenning is an accomplished Adult Services Librarian at the Alachua County Library District since June 2025, responsible for comprehensive library services and staff supervision. Prior to this role, Leah served as a Search Assistant at the Global Recruiters Network from August 2023 to June 2025, where skills included client identification and candidate sourcing. Leah's experience also encompasses roles as a Library Clerk at Brown County Library and Library Technical Assistant at California Medical Facility, focusing on specialized services for incarcerated individuals. With a background as a Library Assistant in the United States Air Force and a degree in Library and Information Science from Syracuse University, Leah demonstrates expertise in library science and accessibility services, combined with a strong foundation in organizational leadership from Golden Gate University.
