Greg Cason Sphr

Greg Cason SPHR, SHRM-SCP has extensive experience in human resources management. From 2018 to present, they have served as the Director of Human Resources at Aladdin Temp-Rite. Prior to that, they were the Director of Human Resources at the State of Tennessee Department of Treasury from 2014 to 2018, where they managed various HR operations and provided strategic advice on recruitment, reward, and talent management. From 2005 to 2014, Greg held the position of Director of Human Resources at Jamison Bedding Inc., overseeing full-scale HR operations and ensuring compliance with quality standards. Greg also has experience at Schneider Electric, where they served as the Supervisor of Human Resources from 2005 to 2002 and as the Senior Human Resources Representative from 1998 to 2002. In these roles, they managed employee relations, compensation, benefit administration, and provided leadership in various HR functions.

Greg Cason SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Florida State University. Greg also holds a Masters of Science degree in Human Relations Management from Cumberland University. In 2006, they obtained the certification of Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR) from the Human Resources Certification Institute. In 2015, Greg obtained the certifications of SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM, and Society of Human Resources Management-Senior Certified Professional from SHRM.
