Ava Lavender

Ava Lavender currently serves as the HR Division Manager for Benefits, Medical Leaves, and Accommodation Services at the County of Alameda, a position held since June 1998. Prior to this role, Ava worked as a Benefits Analyst within the same organization. Earlier career experience includes working for Prudential Insurance from 1988 to 1997, where Ava held positions as Sales Manager and Account Manager. Ava earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Administration from California State University, Northridge, after completing studies at Spelman College.
