With a background in medicine and various management roles in healthcare organizations, Nahla has been actively involved in ensuring quality and risk management standards are met. Building on their Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery degree, Nahla has pursued additional certifications and diplomas in hospital management, total quality management, clinical pathology, and healthcare quality. Throughout their career, Nahla has held positions such as Director of Quality & Risk Management and Quality Manager in various healthcare institutions. Their experience also includes roles as an instructor and project manager in healthcare-related organizations.

Alameda Healthcare was established in 1999 by Professor Salah Khater (FRCS) and is owned and headed by Dr. Fahad Salah Khater. Alameda Healthcare’s network includes four tertiary care hospitals in Cairo, two of which are currently being constructed. Once the facilities are fully commissioned Alameda Healthcare will have a capacity of 890 beds. The network also includes facilities in Kuwait & London, outpatient clinics, diagnostic centers, specialist centres, pharmacies, and a rehabilitation center.
