Sherif El Amin HRM_PPGD_HR Excellence is currently the Director of People Culture & Development - Group Engagement & OD KP at Alameda Healthcare. Prior to this role, Sherif held various positions at Hilton, including Human Resources Manager, HR Specialist, and Assistant Human Resources Manager. Sherif is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree at Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport, and also holds a Diploma in Education with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from The American University in Cairo. Alameda Healthcare was established in 1999 by Professor Salah Khater (FRCS) and is owned and headed by Dr. Fahad Salah Khater. Alameda Healthcare’s network includes four tertiary care hospitals in Cairo, two of which are currently being constructed. Once the facilities are fully commissioned Alameda Healthcare will have a capacity of 890 beds. The network also includes facilities in Kuwait & London, outpatient clinics, diagnostic centers, specialist centres, pharmacies, and a rehabilitation center.
