Brett Cohen

Brett Cohen is an experienced professional in product safety and risk management, currently serving as Vice President of Technical Affairs and Safety at Alamo Group Inc. since July 2019. Prior to this role, Brett held various leadership positions at Techtronic Industries, including Sr. Director of Product Safety, where responsibilities encompassed product safety for power tools and outdoor equipment. With a background in military leadership as a retired Commander of the U.S. Navy Reserve, Brett also has extensive experience in product safety roles at companies such as Acuity Brands Lighting and Husqvarna Outdoor Products. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from LSU Shreveport and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
