Erick Yanta P.e.

Erick Yanta, P.E., is an experienced Design Engineer with a robust background in vehicle design and engineering analysis, currently working at Alamo Group Inc. since April 2014. Responsibilities include drivetrain analysis, chassis design, and the design and testing of mowing machinery products, leveraging Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and various data acquisition techniques. In addition to their role at Alamo Group, Erick Yanta is the Owner and Lead Engineer of Atnay Engineering, which offers 3D modeling, fabrication, and testing services. Previous experience includes working as a Mechanical Estimator at Zachry Industrial, where research and VBA programming improved production processes, and leading the design team for UTSA's FSAE, where Erick developed innovative design solutions and software tools. Erick Yanta holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
