Lynnette Farvour

Lynnette Farvour is an experienced professional in operations and safety training, currently serving as the Operation and Safety Training Manager at Alamo Group Inc. since May 2023. Prior to this role, Lynnette held various positions at AriensCo from October 2018 to May 2023, including Manager of Training and Development, Training Coordinator, and Machine Operator, where responsibilities included operating large ton presses and welding robots. Lynnette was also a member of the AriensCo Safety Committee, focusing on assessing workstations and implementing safety and ergonomic improvements. Lynnette earned a Bachelor's degree in Education from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee between 2004 and 2009.
