Ujala A.

Ujala A. is an experienced design and research leader currently serving as the VP of Design & Research at Alan since January 2020, overseeing a team of 30 professionals and driving strategic planning efforts. Previously, Ujala held various roles at Deezer, starting as Senior User Researcher and advancing to Head of User Research, where responsibilities included shaping research strategy and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Ujala also worked at BBC Media Action as a Research Manager, managing evaluations of media interventions, and at LSE Enterprise Ltd as Researcher Manager, coordinating consultancy projects. Ujala began a career in analytics at Rogers Communications and holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Health, Community & Development from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
